We believe that really great, inspired work is too often slowed down by personal and workplace obstacles. We know that with some targeted, customized training we can help overcome these obstacles and promote creativity and teamwork! People can work together to create amazing things.

As well as our great suite of workshops, there are three things that we think make us different: Our facilitative approach, practical workshops and our belief that one size doesn’t fit all.

Facilitative Approach: Our workshop leaders are not lecturers. Our clients tell us they come out feeling engaged. We believe this is because we are listening as much as we talk.

We take a facilitative approach to have people engage, share with, and learn from one another. And this is really important, because we can read the room and give them what they need for their work and priorities. Our clients tell us this makes all the difference.

Practical Workshops: During our workshops, people work on their real projects and tasks so the workshop produces results directly, rather than just giving concepts to apply later. So, at the end of the day, the team has moved forward on their work. They’re feeling excited that they’ve accomplished something.

One Size Doesn’t Fit All: We believe it’s important to give people different tools and approaches that work with their unique styles. We work with their strengths. Ultimately, we want to help them to get their work done and achieve their goals.

Perhaps most importantly, we give options, so people can choose the concepts that work best for them, rather than providing a “one size fits all” solution.
